The 4-Pro-MET pellets at 20 milligram strength belong at lsd-derivate.com to our extended tryptamine range – alongside our lysergamide lines (1Bp-LSD, 1Fe-LSD), synthetic tryptamine prodrugs form a second analytical focus.

Substance profile

4-Pro-MET (4-Propionoxy-N-methyl-N-ethyltryptamine) is structurally related to 4-HO-MET. The propionate ester group at position 4 is metabolically hydrolysed; the actual active compound is generated in metabolism, which is why 4-Pro-MET is referenced as a prodrug form. The pellets are supplied as the fumarate salt.

Format and dosing

At 20 mg per pellet, this variant is tenfold above our 2 mg microdosing format. The standardised pellet form reduces weighing and aliquoting errors compared to loose powders – relevant for analytical-quantitative work. The 100-piece pack addresses study series with higher sample throughput.
